The Backroom at Spitfire

Our spacious back room is versatile enough to accomodate just about any style of event from a birthday party to corporate off-sites. The Backroom at Spitfire is completely private from the rest of the restaurant. Many furniture lay out options including cocktail tables, dining tables, rounds and couches. Furniture in this room will dictate the space available for guests. Full service private bar with one bartender. Serving staff will be decided upon capacity of event.

• Recommended maximum capacity for passed appetizer/buffet and cocktails: 120 standing

• Recommended capacity for dining family style/buffet or plated: 60 seated

Food and Beverage:
We can cater just about any type of food and beverage that you might desire. We have some pre-set catering menus to get you started.

Cost: A set-up fee may be charged depending on minimum purchase and time of event.

A/V Capabilities: The backroom has a digital projector that can accept inputs from most sources (DVD,CD, Laptop, ipod, X-box). We also have a sound system that can play either your or our music. A wireless microphone is available. We can also coordinate access to a P/A system and DJ equiptment if neeeded.
